About Us

Welcome to the Midwest Contact Center Association

Midwest Contact Center Association is a contact center group that has been put together by contact center professionals for contact center professionals. The focus of the association is to bring together contact center professionals with the common goal of education, collaboration, and networking.

By providing an environment that fosters conversation rather than simply presentation, we can grow in our knowledge, find others to callaborate with, and drive real change in our own centers. Because most contact centers face the same basic challenges and do not compete directly with each other, we can openly share our challenges and solutions with one another.

The environment for our discussions will be a mix of contact center tours, lunch panel discussions, and topical roundtable meetings that occur throughout the year. Our events page and calendar will have our upcoming meetings so that you can be planful with your time.

Host sites receive a one year complimentary corporate membership to the MWCCA (worth $500)!
